Our Experiences
With over 40 years of teaching (elementary, middle school, and college levels) and 30+ years in the USAF (enlisted, officer, active-duty, national guard, combat deployed), we bring a wealth of experience in helping others reach their potential. We create a safe, inclusive space where you will feel valued and heard, just like the classrooms and military environments we’ve worked in.
Our background in education has given us the ability to relate to and inspire others, while our time in the Air Force has given us valuable expertise in helping individuals overcome life's challenges. We work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues—from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship struggles—using evidence-based approaches to help them build resilience and achieve emotional well-being.
