Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART helps clients close out the unhelpful programs that are responsible for taking up too much time and energy. Clients love ART because the results are typically quick (5-10 sessions) and long-lasting, and they don’t need to sit in therapy for years. ART can be used for so many things including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship issues, bad habits, phobias, perfectionism, test anxiety, unhealthy body image, as well as for developing confidence, sharper focus, better sleep, healthier boundaries/communication, and a clearer sense of purpose and direction.
